Editors not only deal with our own workplace stress, but must negotiate deadlines and expectations with a range of players (from our bosses to the writers whose work we edit). In this session, you'll learn ways to reduce stress, both short-term and long-term. Topics will include meditation, the ABS method, managing expectations and planning for interruptions.
